-    Reinforce awareness of adjectives by naming a noun and have them come up with adjectives to describe the noun.  It would be fun to use Christmas nouns.  :This can be done orally.

Today we reviewed Capitalization rules 1- 10 and we took part one of the test on these.   We also reviewed Luke 8:4-12. We did part  2 of lesson 4 in the composition book. I introduce the cursive z.

 

Homework for Monday, October 1 is:

 

-    Cursive - Do page 25.

     -Write 4 of each lower case cursive letter.   

      Please connect the 4 of each letter.    Ex. aaaa, bbbb, cccc,

 

-    Review capitalization rules 1- 10.  We will finish the quiz on Monday.

 

-    Memorize Luke 8: 4-12

 

-     Write one sentence with an example of each of the first 5      capitalization rules in the grammar book.  See if you can include all parts of the rule in one sentence.  :)  If not, that is just fine.

       

       Example for rule number 1: 

       * My love for you O Lord is more than I can express.

       * For rule number 4 just pick one type of title.
